On December 8, 2025, DMI internal fundraising committee members joined CEO Ray Yeager to present the donation to our Make-A-Wish Greater PA & WV representative at our corporate headquarters in Charleroi, Pennsylvania.

This year, DMI donated $5,000 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation to grant a wish for a local 14-year-old boy from Monongahela who was diagnosed with a complicated seizure disorder. His wish was to take a trip to Disney World, which he just visited in November with his sister and two nurses. We wish him and his family the best!

Our yearly Make-A-Wish contribution has evolved into one of our most cherished holiday traditions. In 2025, we celebrate 22 years of supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, with over $89,000 donated to fulfill wishes since 2004.

To raise funds to donate to Make-A-Wish and other various local children-centered charities, DMI regularly hosts fundraising events at our Pennsylvania facilities, such as 50/50 raffles, casual Fridays, and other fundraisers throughout the year.

For over 40 years, the Make-A-Wish Foundation has been granting life-changing wishes for children and families. For children diagnosed with critical illnesses, a wish come true can be a crucial turning point in their lives. A wish can be the spark that helps children believe anything is possible and gives them the strength to fight harder against their illnesses.  Through donations like ours, a wish is granted in the U.S. and its territories every 33 minutes.
