Bruce Arnoldt serves as Executive Director of DMI Companies. Bruce began his career with DMI as a Production Worker in the early 1980s. He continued his growth within the company to Shop Supervisor where his skills and performance successfully advanced him to Vice President of Manufacturing. As a strategic leader, Bruce provided vision and direction for growth and success within DMI, leading to a more prominent role within the company as Vice President/Chief Operations Officer. His operational strategies have guided DMI to increase profitability and brand loyalty.

With over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Bruce is dedicated to continuous improvement using several methodologies to consistently improve the efficiency of manufacturing. Bruce has made a significant impact within the company by creating a sustainable culture improving the health, well-being, and safety of the employees, as well as enhancing product safety.

Bruce is an avid sports fan and proudly supports all Pittsburgh-based teams. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Bruce is passionate about supporting and guiding the younger generation for they are the future builders of our great nation.
